Mandy Kiss Under Fire as Ogun Monarch Urges Sanwo-Olu to Arrest Her Over Proposed ‘Sex Marathon’
Lagos, Nigeria – September 27, 2025
The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oba Ebenezer Akinyemi, has called on Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to order the immediate arrest of social media personality Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, following her controversial announcement of a planned “sex marathon.”
In an open letter addressed to the governor, the monarch described the influencer’s recent claim that she intended to engage in sexual activity with 100 men within 24 hours in Ikorodu, Lagos, as “a public nuisance and a dangerous affront to public morality.”
Oba Akinyemi urged the Lagos government to prevent what he termed “a reckless and shameful act capable of tarnishing the image of Lagos, Ogun, and Nigeria as a whole.” He further recommended that Mandy Kiss be arrested, tested for drugs, and handed over to her family in Ogun State for rehabilitation and possible psychiatric evaluation.
The monarch also appealed for tighter regulation of social media content, warning that “uncontrolled online excesses” could damage cultural values and mislead young people.
Mandy Kiss, a well-known content creator, had posted on social media that she would attempt to set a Guinness World Record by engaging in the marathon on September 30, 2025. However, the Guinness World Records organisation swiftly disassociated itself from the claim, stating that no such category exists and reiterating that all official record attempts must be verifiable, safe, and ethical.
Public reactions have been sharply divided. While some Nigerians dismissed the influencer’s announcement as an ill-conceived publicity stunt, others echoed the monarch’s call for authorities to act, citing concerns about public decency and health risks.
